Antioch, California (January
24, 2020) – The authorities are investigating a two-car accident that left
at least one person injured in Antioch on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened
on Highway 4 near Somersville Road at about 5:30 a.m.
The authorities said a truck and a gray Honda were involved
in the accident.
Although the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established, the paramedics had to pull a woman out of the Honda.
As per the incident log, one person was transported to John
Muir Medical Center for treatment of major injuries.
No other information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
