Twelve people died following an airstrike carried out by Russian forces in Syria on Tuesday.
Among those killed in the air-raid in the rural village of Kfar Taal were a family of eight including six children. Four others were killed in Maardabseh near Idlib.
The government-led offensive has seen tens of thousands of people flee towards the Turkish border.
According to local news reports, retaliatory rocket attacks by the rebel fighters killed two women and a child in Allepo.
