Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Car on Meats Avenue at Nordic Street in Orange County


Orange County, California (January 15, 2020) – A man died after being hit by a car in Orange County on Tuesday night.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian accident happened on Meats Avenue at Nordic Street at about 6:40 p.m.

As per the report, a man was crossing the street when he was hit by a vehicle.

The unidentified pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

The motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

The authorities closed Meats Avenue between Tustin Street and Canal Street to facilitate examination and clearance of the scene.

No other information was provided.
