Fatal Coarsegold Pedestrian Crash on Highway 41 near Road 207

Man Killed Hit, Killed by Car on Highway 41 near Road 207 in Coarsegold, Madera County


Coarsegold, California (January 14, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in Coarsegold, Madera County, on Monday evening.

The California Highway Patrol said the pedestrian accident happened on Highway 41 near Road 207 at about 6 p.m.

A sedan was reportedly traveling southbound on Highway 41 when it struck a man.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.

As per the CHP report, the motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

No other information was provided.
