Buttonwillow, California (January 14, 2020) – The authorities have disclosed the identity
of a woman who was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Buttonwillow earlier
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 43 at 5 Freeway at about 2:30 p.m. January 2.
57-year-old Adela Aguilar
Garcia of Salinas was a passenger in an SUV that collided with a second vehicle
for unknown reasons.
Garcia was seriously
injured in the accident and was taken to a local hospital where she died on
Two other people were
hospitalized in unknown conditions.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
