2 Injured after Car Crashed into Post Office near Rancho California Road in Temecula


Temecula, California (January 10, 2019) – According to the California Highway Patrol, two people were injured after a vehicle crashed into a post office in Temecula on Friday afternoon.

The crash was reported at about 1 p.m. January 10, at 30777 Rancho California Road.

The authorities said a minivan slammed into the building for unknown reasons.

 Eva Jackson, a U.S. Postal Service spokeswoman, confirmed that the driver and a customer were injured in the crash.

The post office was temporarily closed but normal services would resume on Saturday.

No other information was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
