Angel Garcia Jr. Killed in Multi-Car Accident at Van Buren Boulevard and Studio Place


Jurupa Valley, California (January 10, 2020) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a man who was killed in a car accident at an intersection in Jurupa Valley on Thursday morning.

According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the area of Van Buren Boulevard and Studio Place at about 1:26 a.m. Thursday, January 9.

The authorities said a flatbed and three other vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

As per the CHP report, the driver of one of the vehicles was killed in the accident.

Angel Garcia Jr., 30 of Riverside was later identified by the Riverside County Coroner’s Bureau as the man killed in the accident.

Two motorists stayed at the scene of the accident and cooperated with the authorities.

The truck driver drove away abandoning the flatbed than had detached from the vehicle during the collision.

No other information was provided.
