Aguanga, California (January
4, 2020) – 63-year-old Joan Terlisner has been identified as the woman who
was killed in a car accident on Highway 371 in Aguanga on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 371 near Wilson Valley Road at about 6:15 a.m. January 3.
A 2011 Nissan was traveling northbound on Highway 371 when it rear-ended a Toyota pickup truck driven by a 64-year-old Hemet man.
The impact of the collision sent the Toyota into the opposite
lanes and collided head-on with a Mercedes driven by Terlisner.
The Mercedes and the Toyota overturned after the accident.
Terlisner was killed in the accident.
The driver of the Toyota and his passenger were not injured.
The male driver of the Nissan fled the scene on foot and is
yet to be located.
