California (December 29, 2019) – A pedestrian was injured after being hit
by a car that ended up crashing into a building in Wilmington, Los Angeles, on
According to a local news source, the accident happened on
1000 North Avalon Boulevard at about 10:20 a.m.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said a 60-year-old woman was
attempting to park her car at a parking lot at Strip Mall when she mistook the gas
pedal for the brake pedal and knocked down a man.
The vehicle then continued and crashed into a cell phone
The pedestrian sustained minor injuries in the accident.
