The remains of six people have been recovered after a tour helicopter crashed in the Na Pali area of Hawaii on Thursday afternoon.
Seven people were reportedly onboard the aircraft when it went missing. Search and rescue teams located the wreckage on Friday morning in Kokee near Nualolo.
The identities of the victims of the crash were withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Reports indicate that those on board the ill-fated aircraft from Safari Helicopters were in two groups, a family of two and another family of four.
Further recovery efforts were suspended due to unfavorable weather.
