San Diego, California (December 27, 2019) – 47- year-old Graciela Mondragon has been identified as the woman who died after being hit by a vehicle on a Monday afternoon, December 16, in San Diego.
As per a local news report, the accident took place at around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Park Way and 31st Street.
Mondragon was reportedly attempting to cross North Park Street when a 2014 Toyota Corolla that was making a left turn from westbound North Park Way onto 31st Street struck her.
Mondragon suffered a skull fracture, facial injuries, and a brain bleed that required surgery.
She was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead two days later.
The motorist stopped after the accident and cooperated with the authorities.
