1 Injured in Car Crash on Highway 166 near Kirschenmann Road in Cuyama Valley, Santa Barbara County


Cuyama Valley, California (December 26, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a traffic collision that shut Highway 166 in Cuyama Valley, Santa Barbara County, on Thursday morning.

According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 9:30 a.m. on Highway 166 near Kirschenmann Road.

The authorities who responded to the scene found a semitrailer and a car that had collided for unknown reasons.

As per the California Highway Patrol, one person was injured in the accident and was taken to Marian medical center for treatment.
