Dairyville, California (December 26, 2019) – Three people were killed in a traffic collision that occurred on Saturday afternoon in Dairyville, Tehama County.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about noon, December 21, on State Route 99E near 62nd Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol said 18-year-old Brayden Lee Frazier was driving a 2013 Honda Insight on State Route 99E when he drifted into the southbound lanes for unknown reasons and collided head-on a with a Freightliner truck driven by 28-year-old Gurinder Singh Sekhon of Live Oak.
Frazier and his girlfriend, 27-year-old Eva Mirrin Davies, were transported to Enloe Medical for treatment.
Sadly, Fraizer, a resident of Chico, succumbed to his injuries on Monday.
Two juvenile passengers in the Honda, a boy, 7, and a girl, 8, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver was unhurt.
No further information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
