Salinas, California (December
22, 2019) – An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in
connection with a fatal car crash that occurred on Friday night in Salinas.
The accident happened on Davis Road at an unspecified time.
The California Highway Patrol said Jacques Clarke was driving a Mazda 6 northbound on Davis Road when he rear-ended a Toyota Camry driven by 38-year-old Rosie Figueroa.
The impact of the collision sent the Toyota off the roadway where
it crashed into a tree.
