Timothy Starkey ID’d as Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Car Driven by San Jose City Council Candidate

Timothy Starkey Killed in Los Gatos Pedestrian Accident on Blossom Hill Road


Los Gatos, California (December 20, 2019) – 66-year-old Timothy Starkey has been identified as the man who was killed in a car accident on Monday morning in Los Gatos.

According to a local news source, the fatal collision occurred at about 11:40 a.m. December 16, on Blossom Hill Road near Blossom Hill Elementary School.

The authorities said Starkey was walking in the area and was hit by a car driven by Jennifer Higgins Bradanini, a San Jose City Council candidate.

Starkey was killed in the accident.

Higgins sent her condolences saying “My heart goes out to the man’s family and loved ones as they are suffering this tragic loss.”

No other information was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
