Woman Hit and Killed by Car at Senter Road and Needles Drive in San Jose


San Jose, California (December 19, 2019) – An elderly woman was killed in a pedestrian accident in San Jose on Wednesday evening.

According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 5:25 p.m. at Senter Road and Needles Drive.

The authorities said an 85-year-old woman was crossing a street when he was hit by a 2002 Honda Accord.

The woman was killed in the accident.                              

The preliminary investigation showed the woman was in a marked crosswalk when the accident occurred.

No other information was provided.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
