Clovis, California (December 17, 2019) – A 50-year-old woman died Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Clovis.
According to a CHP report, the accident
happened at about 11:32 a.m. December 16, on Highway 168 near Academy Oaks
A 50-year-old Clovis woman was driving a 2015
Jeep Renegade on Academy Oaks when she turned onto the eastbound lanes of
Tollhouse Road and collided with an oncoming 2000 Ford F-350 pickup truck.
The Clovis woman was flown to Community
Regional Medical Center, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Her name
was not disclosed pending notification of next-of-kin.
Information about the second driver was not
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the
time of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
