Lake Elsinore, California (December 17, 2018) – A pedestrian died early Monday morning after being struck by two vehicles at an intersection in Lake Elsinore, according to a police report.

The fatal pedestrian accident occurred shortly after 6 a.m. December 16, at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Broadway Street.

The events preceding the accident were not immediately established.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

Information regarding the name, age, and gender of the victim were not immediately released.

The deadly accident closed the intersection for about 5 hours as authorities investigated the incident.
