California (December 16, 2019) – 63-year-old Kenneth Law has been identified as
the man who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Friday night in Concord,
according to the authorities.
The fatal accident happened at Willow Pass Road and Parkside Drive at around 9:34 p.m. December 13.
According to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, Law
was riding on a wheelchair when a vehicle traveling eastbound on Willow pass
Road hit him.
Law suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital,
where he later died while undergoing treatment.
The 31-year-old Antioch woman who was driving the vehicle
remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
