Harbor City, California (December 13, 2019) – 68-year-old Nai Wen Fan has been identified as the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a car in Harbor City, Los Angeles, on Monday evening.

According to a local news source, the fatal pedestrian accident occurred on South Vermont Avenue, between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, December 9.

The pedestrian was walking in the area and was hit by a passing Hyundai 4 runner.

Fan was killed in the accident.

The unidentified motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
