Fabian Abarca Killed in Bicycle Accident at Kester Avenue and Victory Boulevard in Van Nuys Los Angeles


Van Nuys, California (December 11, 2019) – 44-year-old Fabian Abarca has been identified as the bicyclist who was fatally hit by a car in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, on Saturday.

The fatal bicycle accident occurred at Kester Avenue and Victory Boulevard at about 6 p.m. December 7, according to a local news source.

Abarca, a resident of North Hills, was riding a bicycle across the intersection and was hit by a car that was traveling westbound on Kester Avenue.

Abarca was killed in the collision.

The motorist remained at the scene of the accident.
