Sacramento, California (December 9, 2019) – A man who was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident that occurred on Sunday afternoon in Sacramento has been identified.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 1:03 p.m. December 8, on Watt Avenue at Kentfield Drive.
A 48-year-old Sacramento man was riding a Suzuki motorcycle through the intersection and was hit by a Hyundai Elantra.
The unidentified rider was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
The driver of the Hyundai remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Watt Avenue was blocked for about two hours as the authorities examined the scene.
