California (December 10, 2019) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a
vehicle on Monday night in Harbor City, Los Angeles, according to a police
The fatal accident happened in the 25700 block of South
Vermont Avenue, between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive, at
around 6:30 p.m. December 9.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department officials, the
pedestrian was walking in the area and was struck by a car for unknown reasons.
The pedestrian was killed in the collision.
The identity of the deceased was not released pending
notification of next of kin.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene after the
accident and cooperated with the authorities.
The accident remains under investigation.
