Pacoima, California (December 8, 2019) – 72-year-old Carlos Lezama,
of Van Nuys, has been identified as the man who died after being struck by a
train in Pacoima on Saturday evening.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 6 p.m. December 7, at 11130 North San Fernando Road near Paxton Street.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said
Lezama was walking in the area and was
hit by a Metrolink train that was headed to Antelope Valley.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

the cause of the accident.
