Victorville Woman Killed in Car Crash on Bear Valley Road near Jess Ranch Parkway in Apple Valley


Apple Valley, California (November 30, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a woman who was killed in a car accident on Friday morning in Apple Valley.

According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Bear Valley Road near Jess Ranch Parkway at about 6:50 a.m. November 29.

A red 1998 Chevrolet Camaro was traveling eastbound on Bear Valley Road when the motorist lost control and crashed into a white 1994 Toyota pickup truck.

The vehicles came to a stop in the eastbound lanes of the roadway after the collision.

A passenger in the Camaro identified as 23-year-old Sharon Rogers, a resident of Victorville, was transported to the hospital where she died while undergoing treatment.

A man who was driving the pickup truck was transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
