Coarsegold, California (November 28, 2019) – A fatal traffic collision involving a motorhome was reported in Coarsegold on Thursday afternoon.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 41 and Road 416 at about 1:30 p.m.

As per the report, a white Chrysler sedan and a motorhome collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

The firefighters had to extricate the driver of the sedan who was trapped inside the car. Sadly, the driver succumbed to injuries at the scene.

The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.

The motorhome driver and several passengers suffered minor injuries in the crash.

No further information was provided.

The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
