Vista, California (November 27, 2019) – 63-year-old Victorino Mendoza-Alvarado has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle last week on Tuesday, November 19.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian accident happened at about 5:45 a.m. on East Vista Way near Townsite Drive.

The man sustained major
injuries and was transported to Palomar Medical Center where he
later died while undergoing treatment.
The 42-year-old driver of the
car remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
