Fallbrook, California (November 27, 2019) – A pedestrian sustained serious injuries after being struck by a car in Fallbrook on Tuesday night, November 26.
The accident was reported at about 6:35 p.m. on South Mission Road near Rocky Crest Road.
According to a local news source, an unidentified man in his 70s was attempting to cross a road in the area when he was struck by a car.
The paramedics responded to the incident and performed CPR on the injured pedestrian before being transported to Inland Valley Medical Center in Riverside County with major injuries.
The motorists reportedly remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
