According to the Riverside County sheriff’s officers, the fatal incident occurred shortly before 2 p.m. November 25, near Grapefruit Boulevard and Avenue 52.
The officials said a female pedestrian was
walking in the area and was struck by a train for unknown reasons.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The name of the deceased was not immediately
disclosed pending notification of next-of-kin.
