Thomas Roach Killed in Livermore Motorcycle Accident at Vasco Road and Westgate Drive


Livermore, California (November 20, 2019) – Thomas Edward Roach, 62, a Discovery Bay resident, has been identified as the man who was killed in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday night in Livermore.

According to a local news source, the fatal accident happened on South Vasco Road at Westgate Drive at about 6:36 p.m. November 19.

Roach was riding a motorcycle in the area and was struck by a vehicle driven by a 39-year-old Livermore resident.

Roach was killed in the accident.

The Livermore Police Department said alcohol and drugs were suspected to be factors in the accident.

No further information regarding the collision was provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
