Man in Wheelchair killed in Pedestrian Accident Crash at Victoria Avenue and Highland Avenue


Highland, California (November 19, 2019) – 68-year-old Greg Alan Rose has been identified as a man in a wheelchair who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Sunday night in Highland.

According to a report by the police, the accident happened on Victoria Avenue, between Highland Avenue and Pacific Avenue, at about 7:34 p.m., November 17.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner said Rose was riding his wheelchair across Victoria Avenue with his wife when a car struck him.

The paramedics responded to the scene and transported Rose to St. Bernardine Medical Center, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries at about 8:25 p.m.

No other information was provided.

The accident is under investigation.
