National City, California (November 18, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a pedestrian accident that happened on Sunday evening in National City, leaving one person dead

As per the report, the fatal accident occurred on South Bay Highway on Interstate 805 and near State Route 54 at about 6 p.m., November 17.

The events preceding the collision were not immediately established. However, the pedestrian was killed in the crash.

The authorities did not disclose the name of the deceased pending notification of next-of-kin.

No one was arrested following the crash.
