Barstow, California (November 11, 2019) – A 41-year-old woman was hit and killed by a car on Sunday
night in Barstow.
According to a local news source, the fatal
pedestrian accident was reported at about 8:58 p.m. on Main Street, just east
of May Avenue.
The woman, a resident of Barstow, was struck
by a vehicle on Main Street for unknown reasons.
The woman was seriously injured and was rushed
to Barstow Community Hospital by ambulance. She was later airlifted to Loma
Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC) where she died while undergoing

pending notification of next-of-kin.
No additional information concerning the
accident was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the
