Huntington Beach, California (November 9, 2019) – A woman died after being struck by a car in Huntington Park on Friday night, November 8.

The pedestrian accident happened at about 10 p.m. in the area of Pacific Boulevard and Belgrave Avenue.

The events leading to the pedestrian accident were not immediately established.

The pedestrian was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to a local hospital where she died while undergoing treatment.

The identity of the woman was withheld pending notification of next-of-kin.
