Jose Sosa Injured in Santa Rosa Car Accident on Highway 12 near Llano Road


Santa Rosa, California (November 9, 2019) – Daniel Cruz Macfadden, 22, and Jose Sosa, 29, have been identified as the men who were injured in a two-car accident on Friday morning in Santa Rosa.

According to the CHP, the accident occurred on Highway 12, just east of Llano Road, at about 3:50 a.m. November 8

The authorities said a Sosa was driving a green Honda Accord when he collided with a gray Nissan Versa operated by McFadden for unknown reasons.

The two drivers were trapped inside their vehicles after the crash.

They were extricated from the wreckage by the Santa Rosa Fire Department personnel before being transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

CHP said both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident.

Alcohol and drugs were not suspected as factors in the collision.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
