Fresno, California (November 6, 2019) – A man who was struck and killed by a truck on Tuesday night
in Fresno, November 5, has been identified as Steven Rodriguez.
According to the California Highway Patrol,
the fatal accident occurred at around 9 p.m. November 5, on Maple Avenue, just
north of Olive Avenue.
Rodriguez Sr. was walking on the roadway when
he was struck by a truck for unknown reasons.
CHP said Rodriguez Sr. suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries.
The motorist stopped at the scene and
cooperated with the authorities.
No further information was provided.
The police are investigating the accident.
