(November 5, 2019) – 89-year-old Valerio Estrada was identified as the man
who died after being struck as he rode a tricycle in Petaluma last month.
According to a local news source, the fatal accident
happened on Lakeville Street in front of In-N-Out Burger restaurant at about
12:15 p.m. October 23.
CHP said two semi-trucks had been stopped at a red light
near the restaurant. One truck began to move after the light changed and struck
the man on the tricycle.
Estrada was killed in the accident.
No further information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
