Brentwood, California (November 5, 2019) – An 8-year-old boy was injured after being struck by a car as he rode a bicycle in Brentwood, Contra Costa, on Tuesday evening.

According to a local news source, the fatal bicycle accident happened at Lone Tree Way and O’Hara Avenue at about 5:49 p.m. November 5.

The boy was reportedly riding a bicycle in the area when he was struck by a car.

The juvenile was seriously injured in the crash and was flown to a local hospital for treatment.
