George Dominguez Dies after being Hit by Car on C Street near Roderick Avenue in Oxnard


Oxnard, California (November 2, 2019) – 75-year-old George Dominguez has succumbed to injuries he sustained in a pedestrian accident last month in Oxnard.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on C Street near Roderick Avenue on Friday, October 25.

Dominguez was reportedly riding a bicycle on C Street and was turning into an Alley when he was hit by a pickup truck driven by a 57-year-old woman.

Dominguez sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital where he died on Thursday, October 31.

Information about the motorist was not immediately provided.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
