Cherry Valley, California (November 2, 2019) – A man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision at an intersection in Cherry Valley on Friday morning, the CHP said.
The fatal accident was reported at about 7:27 a.m. November 1, at the intersection of Cherry Valley Boulevard and Union Street near Beaumont High School.
A Beaumont man was driving a black Mazda Miata when, for unknown reasons, a Range Rover hit him at the Cherry Valley intersection.
A Hyundai Santa Fe is reported to have also crashed into the Mazda after then initial collision.
The man was killed in the accident.
The authorities withheld the identity of the man pending notification of next-of-kin.
No other information was provided.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
