1 Seriously Injured in Stockton Car Accident on 5 Freeway at Downing Avenue


Stockton, California (November 1, 2019) – The authorities are investigating a two-car crash that happened on Thursday evening in Stockton, leaving one person seriously injured.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at around 6:43 p.m. October 31, on northbound 5 Freeway at Downing Avenue.

Two vehicles are reported to have collided for unknown reasons.

One person was reported to have suffered serious injuries in the crash.

Both lanes of the freeway were closed as the authorities cleared the scene.
