North County, California (November 1, 2019) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle on Thursday night in
North County, according to the CHP.
The incident happened at about 9:00 p.m.
October 31, on Interstate 15 Freeway just north of the Riverside County line
between Temecula Parkway and the border patrol checkpoint in Rainbow.
The police said the man was walking a bicycle
in the southbound lanes of the freeway when a vehicle struck him.

The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at
the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
No further information was provided.
The police are investigating the accident.
