California (October 31, 2019) – 27-year-old Juan Oliveras of Palo Alto was
identified as the man who was killed in a car crash on Wednesday morning in
According to the CHP, the fatal accident was reported at
around 6:02 a.m. October 30, on Highway 152 near Lovers Lane.
A 32-year-old Los Banos man was driving a 2005 Toyota Tundra
westbound on the roadway when he collided head-on with an eastbound 2008 Toyota
Sienna driven by Oliveras, the police said.
Oliveras was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Tundra sustained serious injuries and was
rushed to the Regional Medical Center of San Jose for treatment.
A 23-year-old female passenger in the Sienna was also
hospitalized with minor injuries.
No additional information regarding the accident was
