Tulare, California (October
26, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a woman who was
killed in a traffic collision involving a big rig on Akers Street in Tulare County
on Thursday morning.
The fatal accident was reported at about 4:47 a.m. October
24, on Road 100 near Avenue 272 and Avenue 264.
According to a local news source, 35-year-old Tabitha
Leslie, of Modesto, was driving a 2009 Honda northbound on Road 100 when she
veered into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with a big rig driven by 25-year-old
David Jones, of Visalia.
