Mark Mendoza Killed in Pedestrian Accident at Orange Avenue and Beckner Street in La Puente, Los Angeles


La Puente, California (October 26, 2019) – 45-year-old Mark Anthony Mendoza has been identified as the pedestrian who was struck and killed by a car last week Friday in La Puente.

The pedestrian accident happened at about 9:30 p.m. October 18, in the area of Orange Avenue and Beckner Street.

Mendoza was reportedly crossing the intersection when he was hit by a car.

The paramedics who responded to the incident found Mendoza down on the roadway with serious head injuries.

Sadly, Mendoza died at the scene while receiving first aid.

The motorist did not stop at the scene and is yet to be apprehended. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a gray or silver four-door pickup truck.
