Visalia, California (October 24, 2019) – According to the California Highway Patrol, a woman was killed in a car accident that occurred early Thursday morning in Visalia, Tulare County.

The fatal collision was reported at Akers Street and Avenue 272 at about 4:47 a.m.

The woman was reportedly driving a Lexus on the roadway when she collided head-on with a semi-truck.

The California Highway Patrol confirmed that the woman was killed in the collision.
