Roy Carrillo Killed in Pedestrian Accident at San Fernando Road and Truesdale Avenue in Pacoima


Pacoima, California (October 24, 2019) – A man who was killed in a pedestrian accident in Pacoima on Saturday night has been identified as 61-year-old Roy Carrillo.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident happened at the intersection of San Fernando Road and Truesdale Avenue at about 11:50 p.m. October 19.

The authorities said Carrillo was running across San Fernando Road at the intersection when he was hit by a black Lexus SUV.

Carrillo sustained severe injuries and was transported to a local hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

No further information on the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
