Bonsall, California
(October 22, 2019) – A motorcyclist who died in a collision on Saturday
evening in Bonsall has been identified as 43-year-old Trevis Sloan.
The fatal collision happened at about 6:36 p.m. on westbound
State Route 76 at the intersection with Sweetgrass Lane.
The authorities said Sloan was riding a Harley Davidson
motorcycle westbound on SR 76 when he collided with a Chevrolet Silverado
pulling a horse trailer.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and rushed Sloan to Palomar
Medical Center in Escondido, where he succumbed to the injuries.
The 24-year-old Hemet woman who was driving the Silverado
driver and her two passengers escaped injuries.
No further information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
