Palm Springs, California (October 22, 2019) – A pedestrian died after beings struck by a car in Palm Springs on Monday night, according to a local news source.

The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened at about 9:37 p.m. October 21, on South Palm Canyon Drive near Mesquite Avenue.

The series of events preceding the pedestrian accident was not immediately established.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
