Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident at Willoughby Avenue and Highland Avenue in Hollywood


Hollywood, California (October 18, 2019) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident in Hollywood on Friday morning.

According to a local news source, the accident happened in the area of Highland and Willoughby avenues at about 3.00 a.m.

As per the report, 29-year-old Richard Debose was walking westbound across the intersection when he was hit by a white northbound car.

Debose sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver did not stop at the scene and as yet to be located.

No further information was provided.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
